Administrative Assistant

Description

Brun Invest specialises in the road transport of hazardous materials. Our subsidiaries, which operate throughout France, have extensive expertise and, with a workforce of 1,400, provide our customers with services and technological innovations, as well as service quality and operational safety.

We are looking for two administrative assistants - permanent contract and 15-month fixed-term contract.

Your role

Reporting to the Group HGV Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Pre-billing and invoicing our customers,
  • Requesting and registering the various documents relating to motor vehicles and tankers,
  • Register new vehicles and fleet departures on our software,
  • Drawing up vehicle rental contracts,
  • Register equipment and vehicle files (vehicle documents, fuel card, etc.),
  • Carry out the administrative tasks associated with the job: correspondence, archiving, etc.
  • Responding to surveys.

Profile required

With a background in administration, you will have experience in a similar position and be comfortable using IT tools. Ideally, you will have already worked in the transport, automotive or maintenance sectors.
