Transport Operations Assistant - M/F

Your role

As part of your duties, and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of Operations:

  • Entering pre-invoices and invoices for our customers
  • Enter invoices for transport subcontractors and other services
  • Check and enter transport documents electronically
  • Support operators in their administrative tasks, if necessary
  • Carrying out any other administrative tasks associated with the operation: filing, archiving, etc.

Profile required

With a background in administration, you will have experience in a similar position and be comfortable using IT tools. Ideally, you will have already worked in the transport sector and understand how it works.

Rigorous and a strong team player, you have good interpersonal skills. You are recognised for your ability to prioritise and provide service, your autonomy and your organisational skills.
