QHSE Manager - CSR Coordinator M/F

The company is looking for a QHSE Manager - CSR Coordinator on a permanent contract

Your role

As QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the QHSE system. Your tasks will include :

Collecting and feeding the dashboards and indicators needed to steer the processes,
Organising and conducting internal quality audits, and coordinating customer quality audits,
Preparing and leading CAQ meetings and management reviews,
Record and analyse malfunctions, anomalies and customer complaints and monitor the implementation of corrective actions,
Dealing with risk or emergency situations in collaboration with management,
Acting as the Quality contact for the company's various departments, customers, etc., and making proposals for preventive action.

You may also be asked to help manage our driving staff: recruitment, training, support and follow-up audits.

As CSR Officer for all the Group's subsidiaries, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing our CSR policy. You will take part in the Ecovadis 2025 assessment and oversee its development during subsequent annual assessments. You will prepare our compliance with the sustainability report required for 2026.

This position involves some travel.

Profile required

You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and ideally hold the Dangerous Goods Transport Safety Advisor certificate or have experience in the transport sector.

You are a self-starter, rigorous and analytical, with good interpersonal skills. You are recognised for your sense of service and responsibility, and you enjoy working in the field. You are responsive, dynamic and organised.
