QHSE Manager

Located in Vieux-Thann (68), the company has 150 employees and is recruiting a QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) on a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 3 months.

Your role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the QHSE System with a view to achieving the objectives set for two sites.

Your tasks will include

- Collecting and supplying the dashboards and indicators needed to manage processes and monitor deadlines,

- Organising and conducting internal quality audits, and coordinating customer quality audits,

- Preparing and taking part in CAQ meetings and management reviews,

- Checking the quality of services provided by subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring that customers' specifications are applied,

- Record and analyse malfunctions, anomalies and customer complaints and monitor the implementation of corrective actions,

- To act as the Quality contact for the company's various departments, customers, etc., and to make proposals for the implementation of preventive measures to improve the overall operation of the two sites.

Regular travel in the Grand-Est region is to be expected.

Profile required

You have a higher education qualification in QHSE and at least 3 years' experience in a Quality department, ideally in the transport or chemical industry.

Autonomous, rigorous and methodical, you are capable of analysing, interpreting and using statistical data to optimise the Quality system. Your diplomacy and responsiveness enable you to deal effectively with difficult situations.

You have a strong collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills. In addition to a good knowledge of standards, you have a good command of English or German and are particularly comfortable using IT tools.
