Description

Genuine professionals in the road transport of hazardous materials, the Brun Group's subsidiaries, present throughout France and in Belgium, have extensive know-how and provide their customers with services and technological innovations, as well as service quality and operational safety.

SMVI's workshops provide maintenance and repair services for HGVs, as well as equipping all the Group's vehicles.

Your role

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, primary diagnosis, adjustment or repair of mechanical components on vehicles in compliance with safety instructions.

Your main tasks will involve :

  • Carry out repairs in the established order;
  • Apply the defined methods and processes ;
  • Ensuring the right level of quality of service to help achieve objectives;
  • Commissioning and equipping new vehicles.

You will receive technical training from manufacturers and equipment suppliers, enabling you to operate our transport equipment safely and independently.

Profile required

With an initial training in Mechanics, you have a first successful field experience in a similar position.

Dynamic and open-minded, you are organised, rigorous and good at communicating. Possession of a heavy goods vehicle licence would be a plus.
