Your role

To expand our teams and keep pace with our growth, we are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant for our sales organisation, BRUN ORGANISATION SERVICES.

As part of your duties, you will assist the Subsidiary Managers and National Key Account Managers in monitoring customer accounts in accordance with contractual rules and the instructions of the sales department. You will be required to :
- Set up new contracts for local and/or group customers: rates and various services;
- Monitor updates prior to invoicing for services provided;
- Participate in the administrative management of agreements negotiated with national customers;
- Act as an interface between internal departments (Sales, Subsidiaries, Accounting, QHSE, etc.) and the requirements of national customers;
- Deal with specific customer requests in conjunction with the Sales Managers;
- Be responsible for centralised invoicing of key Group customer accounts (checking and entering services provided by subsidiaries, then invoicing according to customer-specific rules);
- Liaising with and supporting subsidiaries, particularly during invoicing periods if necessary.

Profile required

With a 2-year higher education qualification, you will have experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of transporting hazardous materials.
You have a good command of the Office package, and experience of an ERP system would be a plus.

To succeed in your role, you will need to be rigorous, independent and proactive. You also have good interpersonal skills.
