Your role

What you'll be doing on a daily basis :

  • Planning and coordination : Keep track of vehicle technical and regulatory inspection schedules and make the necessary appointments.
  • Managing and optimising You will be responsible for the administrative management of the vehicle fleet and equipment, overseeing orders, stock and spare parts. You will manage the recording and processing of supplier invoices and be responsible for managing vehicle registration documents and other documents relating to equipment.
  • Collaborating and monitoring : Interact with suppliers, customers and subcontractors to ensure optimum management of materials.
  • Analyse and secure You will record and monitor claims, manage cards and badges (fuel, motorways) and analyse consumption to detect any anomalies. You will also supervise vehicle parking, storage and handling activities, and ensure the cleanliness of the fleet and the site.
  • Committed to quality Contribute to QHSSE objectives and apply the company's ethical principles on a daily basis.

Profile required

You will have at least 3 years' experience in managing a fleet of vehicles and have a good command of IT tools. Ideally, you will hold an EC driving licence and have received training in handling hazardous materials.
