Payroll Manager - M/F

Brun Invest specialises in the road transport of hazardous materials. Our subsidiaries, which operate throughout France, have extensive expertise and, with a workforce of 1,400, provide our customers with services and technological innovations, as well as service quality and operational safety.

Your role

Working with the team, and for your payroll portfolio, you will be responsible for :
- Preparing pay slips using Iris software (Talentia);
- Time tracking in our time management software (OMP);
- Keep track of people coming and going, paid leave, sick leave, etc. ;
- Making social declarations (monthly and event-based DSN, DOETH, continuing training, occupational medicine, etc.);
- Checking company accounts, making accounting entries and carrying out reconciliations (URSSAF, pensions, health insurance, etc.);
- Manage all account balances and employer certificates
- Issue various documents to subsidiaries: certificates, various letters, etc. ;
- Drawing up training invoices for the OPCO and monitoring the budget for voluntary funds
- And all payroll tasks related to your portfolio (management of profit-sharing, incentive schemes, social surveys, etc.).

Profile required

With a minimum of 2 years' higher education in payroll, accounting or management, you will have some initial experience (including work-linked training) in a payroll department, ideally in a multi-site environment.

You are proficient in Excel, have a good knowledge of payroll rules and a basic understanding of employment law. Knowledge of Iris software (Talentia) would be a plus.

Rigour, organisation, analytical skills and a sense of service are essential for success in this role.
