QHSE Manager - M/F


GUY LEFEBVRE SAS, a subsidiary of Brun Invest, specialises in the road transport and distribution of LPG (bulk) and industrial gases, as well as tippers for the food industry.

Based in Elincourt-Sainte-Marguerite (60), the company has 90 employees.

Your role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the QHSE System with a view to achieving the targets set at two sites (Elincourt-Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Quentin), both of which are ISO 9001 V/2015 certified, and SQAS and QUALIBAT certified respectively.

Your duties will include :
- Collect and feed the dashboards and indicators needed to steer processes and monitor deadlines
- Organise and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate customer quality audits
- Prepare and take part in CAQ meetings and management reviews
- Checking the quality of services provided by subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring that customers' specifications are applied
- Record and analyse malfunctions, anomalies and customer complaints and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
- To act as the Quality contact for the company's various departments, customers, etc., and to be a driving force behind the implementation of preventive measures aimed at improving the overall operation of the two sites.

Profile required

You have a higher education qualification in QHSE and at least 3 years' experience in a Quality department, ideally in the transport or chemical industry.

Autonomous, rigorous and methodical, you are capable of analysing, interpreting and using statistical data to optimise the Quality system. Your diplomacy and responsiveness enable you to deal effectively with difficult situations.

You have a strong collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

In addition to a good knowledge of standards, you are particularly comfortable using IT tools.
